Do you notice a difference or is it just in my head? I have only lost a pound but I have been working out for about 6 weeks now. The blue one was taken Dec. 6th 2008 and the red and black one was taken Jan. 10th 2009. Thanks for any input, and yes I know I still have a LOT of work to do.

Thank you guys!!! Don't you think it is weird though that I have only lost a pound?! That is so crazy to me! I hope the pounds start falling off soon.

You have got to be kidding! Are you sure you are talking to ME? Lol ;) My stomach, nor anything else on my body is "really tight n fit"!. Thanks though, but maybe that is just a really good picture if you got that impression.

No secrets here. I need some weight loss secrets my dang self! I lost and gained the same 4 pounds the entire 6 weeks lol! I have just been doing lots of cardio and strength training and now in the last two weeks I have been mixing in yoga 3 times a week, a few step aerobic weight lifting classes, and swimming.

From now on I am going to go try HIIT cardio which I heard makes you push yourself a lot, then the same classes and swimming. Now that I am seeing results I am super excited and want to push myself harder. I can't wait for another month to pass so I can take another picture!
 
you can see a difference for sure^^

i noticed you were tighter as well as more defined

Yeh.. definitely different than before...
I think... like you said.. if you do cardio and maybe also a bit less calories eating, you will lose weight easily PLUS if you lose the fat, your stomach must be totally flat if you continue your excercising... Cause sometimes our fat hides our muscles... =|

wow u can really tell a difference, ur stomach is way more defined and cut.. and no its not just a really good picture. u can definatly see lines
