Hello, I'm new here, figured I would just jump right in. I love circuit training. I think it is so much more interesting and intense than straight sets, etc. I just finished a great circuit dvd. It was a great total body workout and it only took around half an hour. This is what I love about circuit training! And of course if you want more you can always go another round. I found the dvd on video fitness, its called 'Exercise 4 EveryBody' by a guy name Barry Lovelace. Does anyone else have any reccomendations? Does anyone else out there like to circuit train?
