So I heard a guy who said he reps with a 35 pound dumbbell, and has 15 inch biceps.
I do exercise reps with a 30 pound dumbbell, (around 33 including the bar), and I'm still quite slender looking.
Do people have diffirent muscle densities, or did he probaby just have more fat? I've never fully understood this.
