OK, here is my back and bi routine.
Hang Snatch 5x5
Hang Clean 5x5
Bent Over Row 3x10-12
Close Grip Row 3x10-12
Pull ups 3x8
Chin ups 3x8
Do i really need to do any curls or crap like that with these lifts. I mean after a workout my arms r kinda pumped already. The Chins and rows hit the biceps better that curls, so will they grow with this routine?
