Do I HAVE to eat all of my daily points?

Hi!!

I have recently joined ww after a real lack of motivation recently and just wondering if I have to eat all 26pp a day? The last 2 days I am at about 4pp under and wonder if this will have an effect on my weight loss or will i lose more as I've consumed less?
 
You don't "have to" do anything. Lol! The weight watchers program does state that you are required to eat all of your daily points. Your earned activity points and your weekly points are optional. If you are very active it is recommended that you eat some-most of your activity points. If you are paying to do the program, why wouldn't you follow it? If you would rather count calories there are lots of other programs that would allow you to track your food that way instead.
You need a minimum number of calories per day (points if you are doing WW).
