dividing up exercise

if im tryin to lose weight on a lower calories diet, how much of my exercise in percent should cardio and weight training be? im not lookin to bulk up, but mainly build muscle endurance while losing body fat...

i meant to say i dont want to build a lot of muscle right under the fat just to push the fat out further, because i have manboobs that im really embarrassed about...so i wanna kno how much weight training is needed to still help burn fat without pushing the fat out more in the process

I still say 50/50...maybe a little more cardio than weights (60/40). As long as you keep a clean diet and don't eat an excess of calories you won't gain enormous amounts of muscle. You will just gain lean muscle and burn more fat. Just my opinion.
