How should I group my exercises throughout the week?
- do them all each day
- concentrate on legs, then chest, them back. Concentrate on blasting each area
- distribute exercises throughout the week giving things chance to recover between reps; i.e. work on calf muscles, then work on chest, then on to calfs again
