Hello and welcome!

I guess I should write some stuff here first...

(taken from welcome thread >.<)

-- How much weight do you want to lose?

I want to lose 20 kilograms (about 44 pounds I think?) Because then I will be at a 'healthy' weight.

-- What is the timeframe for reaching your target weight?

I want to reach my target weight by the time five years is up.

-- How do you want to accomplish your goal (what methods do you want to use)?

I want to eat healthier and exercise more!

-- Who or what can support you in reaching your goal?

Um... I don't know?

-- How realistic is your goal?

I think it's quite realistic.

-- When will you start?

Tommorow!

Okay, yeah ^o^ Tommorow I will start trying to be healthier! I don't know how often I will update, maybe once daily/once every two days/once a week? I don't know >.<

1 animal biscuit: 30c
4 marshmallows: 95c
cup of fruit salad squash: 2c
Quorn slice: 374c
3 caramel bites: 120c
2 raspberry: 2c
1 blueberry: 0.8c
1 ½ home-made choux pastry: 60c
Thick double cream: 70c
6 raspberries: 60c
3 tsp melted white chocolate: 80c
Macaroni cheese: 600c (I don't actually know, but this is what I think it probably should be.)
Broccoli: 13c
Cup of pure green tea: 0c
Total: 2300 calories

Notes: I went for a 50min walk (at quite a brisk pace) around my village (Which is out in the countryside, so it was country paths), and I also played two games of table tennis today. I had a cooking class today, and we were making profiteroles, so I won't be eating those everyday. Wow, I ate a lot of calories today. I actually feel quite sick knowing how much I've eaten. Gross.

Notes: I tried to cut down on my calorie intake today, and I think I was quite successful... I think I should put my daily allowance at 1500 calories... I went for another 50 minute walk like I did yesterday as well.
