All right, so I promised myself I'd wake up at 5 this morning and run a few miles before work...
YEAH RIGHT.
So I went to work, came home and ran about 2 and 1/2 miles. Gonna go hit the weights in the garage in a few. Might go for a bike ride/run again tonight.
Ate: Breakfast-5 Egg Whites
2 peices of whole wheat toast
Glass of orange juice
Lunch-A bag of carrots, some celary with peanutbutter on 'em and a can of tunafish; glass of water.
Dinner: not sure, yet.
Snacked on cashews and an apple.
I drank a glass of water with 1 heaping tsp of Creatine in it after my run. (My dad has loads of supplements). I heard creatine helps retain water.
But I'm not sure.
What does it do?
