ok doing pretty good so far staying on track with my goal when i get home i will bust out a bag walk....pretty intense cardio, garaunteed to make you feel like a man
yeah that 100lbs punching bag i got....i throw it over my shoulders and carry it down stairs then 5 laps around my apt and then up the stairs its a work out for sure....
ok i know some people will be mad at me but i am posting up any way for my sake
so far still at my 500 calories
when i get off in 2 hours i will go home and grill up some chicken breast and 3 cups veggies and make that my last meal....right after i work out....that should put me at about 800-900 calories for the day
the bag represents the weight i have lost recently and whats crazy iswhen i am done i am exhausted....there is no way i could put that hundred pounds on and live again....my bag walk went very good last night and i had a hunger crave late night and i gave in....i ate some fruit a few grapes 2 strawberrys and a banana i did really good yesterday
Awesome job, I love the idea of the bag walk. Really puts the weight you lost in perspective doesn't it. Hard to imagine that you carried that weight on your body everyday. The 500s are a thing of the past.
word guys i have done really good today (according to my goals for the next two weeks) i have kept my calories at 600 so far for the day and i am steady moving on my feet
word......... just had three breakfast tacos...no too worried about it though....its breakfast...i will just taper off through out the day and eat lighter
Taco's! Im jealousing.. although last night I made beans and chile verde! Offf heeeezy! I just trick my daugter and tell her it's chicken in sauce! She won't eat "pork" because of the writings in the old testament! hahah my 7 year old is a riot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's delicious! My husband was salivating! hahaha.. Oh ya remember he said he was getting on a "diet" lol he ate lil doughnuts yesterday.. only 1 though. I think he is trying so I better stop joking around with him. His theroy.. "ill just cut tortillas and bread" I said what did you have for lunch.. he said a samich! umm hello.. bread.. so anyways. We shall see. Trying to get him to count calories will be a huge battle.
