Dips at home?

I'm doing a workout program primarily based on bodyweight and dumbbells, because I live in a very small house, and generally can't leave the house (two babies -- might as well be a home detention ankle bracelet). Anyway, I've got push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, stair-climbing (on actual stairs), squats, lunges, Therabands, dumbbells, etc. I'd like to be able to do decent dips -- more than just leaning on the edge of a chair. Does anyone know of a folding dip stand, or anything similar that I could get? Or, has anyone come up with a good way to do dips without any particular equipment, or with improvised equipment? Anything I get needs to fit under a bed or tuck behind a piece of furniture. I don't have room for anything luxurious like a bench or a dedicated permanent dip stand. I was thinking sawhorses might work. Any ideas???

Instead of all that, just use chairs, or a table, or any supportive surface that allows the proper movement. Why clutter your house with ponies?

I do two strength workouts per week. The rest is cardio. If you've got particularly good suggestions for cardio routines at home (subject to the same space limitations), I'd love to hear.

I had to go look up what dumbbell swings are. Can you do dumbbell swings without jumping (and punching a hole in an 8' ceiling)?
