Have you guys seen Brooks Kubik's new site? Dinosaur Training is easily my favorite training book, hence the username. Just thought I'd throw that out there, to see if there are fellow dinosaur trainers on this forum.

Yes I saw it a couple of days ago and signed up for his newsletter.I agree with you on 'Dinosaur training' its one of my favourite books.I notice that Brooks doesn't mention anything about his time in recent years of bodyweight exercise.
