my work schedule is INSANE, and i normally have to leave my house by 6am to get to work ontime... my gym opens at 530am, which means i don't have enough time in the morning to work out.. so i have to work out in the evenings... i don't get home from work until anywhere between 6pm-8pm.. so i do my workouts after work...
so should i eat dinner first and then workout after? or should i be working out and THEN eating dinner after my workout?
if i eat dinner after my workout, i feel like it's so late at night to be eating and going to bed right away since i gotta be up so early the next day...
so when working out in the evening.. when should i be eating??
