Hello everybody.
I really need a bit of advice.
I'm 22, 5''5' and 112lbs. Before starting my workout regime 2 months ago, I weighted almost the same, but there are really visible changes on my body. It looks to me that I lost some fat, and got some more defined muscle. As you can see, I'm of a pretty small build, always had a pretty inactive lifestyle and I decided to change that, and I'm doing great so far. Can this be right; that i had no changes in my weight whatsoever but I changed my body composition a bit? You could say I'm rather skinny, but I really have a bit of fat on my hips and tummy which is extremely annoying.
I want to lose that (maybe 4-5lbs of fat) and gain a lot of muscle, especially on my upper body.
So, my dillema is: Weather to focus my self on burning fat, or on bulking up. Reading many articles, I found out that I would have to make up my mind about one goal, and stick to it, since achieving both at the same time is extremely hard. Probably most of you will say that I need to build muscle, since I'm pretty light, but I'm afraid that that way I won't lose the fat I have, and even develop some more!
Since I started workout, I've been doing weight training for 3 days a week, and cardio/aerobic for 3-4 days a week and I've been doing great. I just need to know how to adjust my dieting, since in this case, diet will determine if i will cut or bulk.

) ambition is to have a body like one of those Victoria Secret models. I work very hard, i'm very determined, but i need to know what my program should look like and on what goal should i focus.
