different sized pectorals

A few years ago I tore my rotator cuff in my right shoulder and required surgery... and in the process of rehabilitating myself my left pec grew a lot bigger than my right. Is their a way to fix this? The only thing I fear is If I only train my right side to catch up with my left, it can cause a huge strength imbalance because even though they are different sizes they are equally strong right now. As for my shoulders/triceps and everything else... they're all 100% symetric. Any advice or recogmendations would be hugely appreciated, thanks.

I have the same problem with my biceps. My right is larger than my left. I normally give my left arm an extra few sets after working both at the same time. My left arm IS catching up, but not feeling any stronger. Maybe you could do a few extra dumbell presses with your right side ?

make sure to use dumbells which should be obvious, and you situation seems kinda fishy, different size but same strenght is not right. it's got to be different is some way. I would conduct a series of test's like endurance, power, strenght. and go from there GL.
