Oh my, last night was so much fun! I was up dancing all night so I'm already at 1,562 calories burned this morning. I am absolutely starving now though, so I am very tempted to counter-act it by ordering pizza...
I'm glad you didn't beat yourself up about that pizza. Your burger at breakfast intrigues me. As a kid, I used to watch my Dad eat black pudding, but I have trouble getting my head around it. I eat venison liver, so I know it doesn't make sense. Is it something you grew up eating, 101?
I'm glad you welcomed the pizzaI think it's great to indulge in a nice treat every once in a while--i think it makes it more like a long-term lifestyle change rather than a short-term diet.
You are so consistently on a good track with good nutrition and exercise, that a nice pizza every once in a while should be totally fine.
Your food sounds delicious. Love black pudding and apple goes great with it.
Hey DA, good to see you posting regularly. And except for the pizza, ancient history now, you food looks pretty good. Dancing all night is both great fun and exercise, good for you. Were you able to avoid drinking while doing it? Don't dance any more, but did when I was younger. Always involved drinking though.
