Diet with Hard Training

Alright well my soccer training has fully begun recently. Generally, we weight train to maximum intensity for an hour, and run for a half hour. The stuff we do is brutal, i.e. our leg day. We have Squats, deadlifts, rows, and sled drag sprints in the 90 degree sun. Then, we go to the track and run 2 miles at fast pace, and do 8 50 yard sprints. This is destroying my body and making me sick, weak, and exhausted. What kind of food should I be eating, for this kind of training. We have it monday, wednesday, and thursday. Some specifics would be very helpful.

one thing I notice fast is having a bench press goal and the training you are doing.

For right now pick the athletics and go for broke in the endurance realm.

nutrition--- uh,,, well maybe my experience is not viable to comment.

if its the first week of conditioning, of course its going to be hard as hell.
your body will get used to it though hopefully after the first week.

as for nutrition...since you still have weight training so still eat a good amount of protein(1g/lb bw). of course you will need plenty of carbs before and after practice for energy and repair. of course eat the right fats too.

if you dont eat healthy it would make sense you would feel like crap...
during the first 2 weeks of wrestling lifting it was tough and i was eating really clean too.

just stay strong mentally and eat enough. if i were you, i would maintain weight.
