diet journey

hello ^^

today i didn't really keep track of the calorie I ate, but it problably between 1800-2000 loll
I drank a lot of water throught the day: 3liter not bad uh & feel refreshed ;)
& did my 51min of aerobic step, tomorrow I might ajust the stepper a lot higher

nyway gooing to bed now :) good nightt
 
heyyy taking a break from exercise loll problaby I will start 2morrowagain
I've sorted a new workout:

40min of interval cardio
5-10min of bicycle ab workout
50 oblique crunch 5set of 10
