diet journey

Thank you so much for the support, guys. I exercised for an hour on the treadmill. I had really filling and awesome meals today. I love being vegan. I really feel like I'm making a tiny contribution to this earth, and I wouldn't trade my effort for all the goat meat in the world, lol.

As for the weight...178! HOLLER! I have officially left the 180 range. You know what it took? It took me not checking the damn scale every hour of the day, and just trusting myself and the changes I've made to know that slowly, but surely I'd see what 178 on the scale looks like again.

I am so unbelievably happy.

congrat for your new weight!! I hope I will leave the 180range at the end of the month lol I dind't weight myself 2day, I will tommorow morning ;) i am problably still at 183 hihihi *didn't exercise much this week, but now i am feeling a lot more better!

keep up the great work :D
 
Thanks, Lynne! You will get out of that wretched range. It just takes patience.

Today so far has been great. I exercised on the treadmill for an 1 and 45 minutes whilst watching a movie. =]

I'm gonna go bike to the lake, around the lake and back today.

My breakfast:

berries, vanilla soy milk, banana and apple concoction i blended

hummus on two slices of toasted whole wheat bread

And today was worse- soy ice cream, soy whip cream and kettle bbq chips

I did walk about 3 blocks, though if that counts for anything.

that doesn't sound horrible loll I want Ice cream soo bad D: I didn't eat so much but I didn't exercise so much either *like 20-30min* low intensity.. I am going to try 40-50min medium intensity 2night!

I made so many bad decisions since it was my birthday last week so i went back to 182 =( I'm so sad about it. I can't even bring myself to eat anything.

I lost that willpower I had in the beginning. I don't eat anything and I don't exercise. Today was alright. I had 500 calories which is decent, but yesterday I only had 100. No appetite. =(

OMG - you have GOT to eat more. At your height, age and weight, you need about 2300 kcal just to maintain your current weight. You should really be eating around 1200-1400 kcal per day to lose weight at a healthy rate, and more if you are exercising a lot, and I do recommend you exercise.

With the amount of food you are taking in , you are starving yourself. You aren't going to lose any fat that way, and you may well do damage to your body.

Your body is shutting down in the face of insufficient nutrients. Your metabolism is slowing, and any calories you do get are going to get stored as fat as your body hoards them because it thinks that no more is coming along. Plus your body cannibalises muscle tissue to feed itself. This is all not good.

Eat more. Get more protein in your diet. There are lots of good vegan protein sources.
 
hey there! weighted myself this morning & i am at 180lb loll that suprise me since I ate a lil bit too much sugar this week & dindt exercise much(period -_-') nway 2morrow i am doing a intervall workout with areobic step :p let see how its go >>

friday im going to buy a new stepper my old one is broken(used too much loll) & i should start eating more slowly :D goshh i can clear my plate in less than 8min 0.o taking my time to eat from now on :D going to weight myself on friday 24 n see how it go *hoping to left the 180rage hihi*
 
Still down. I didn't exercise for maybe 3 weeks. I forced myself to get on the treadmill today. I've been vegan for more than a month now, and feels right. I think I made one good decision. I'm just so nervous about a lot of stuff, and it's taken a toll on my eating habits. I feel so inadequate and weird.

I hope all is well with you. Please keep me updated on your progress. I will do the same. Again, sorry for being MIA.
 
good to hear from U :D!! mee too i didn't exercise too much in the past 3 week, maybe 2 or three time! & didn't get a chance to buy a new stepper *maybe next week* my weight is fluctuating beetween 180-183 grrrr

good for going vegan for 1 month! me i just keep eating since im alway bored *3month vacation* & stress for my return in school. & i sleep late and get up very late, so i alway miss breakfast :(

anyway hope to get a stepper soon, dont have any much cardio exercises that i can do, I preferr the areobic step :p

heyyy what upp V?! im doing fine, with 3 more pound -_-', celebrated my bday last week and there where a lot of leftover :( ice cream, 2 differents cakes, chips, tortillas dips and guess who ate it all xD

anyway I've got a brand new stepper (been aa while lol) soo I am ready to exercise again! Ihate myself so much. I've gotted 3 whole month of vacation, no school, no job and I didn'T exercise and eated less more seriously, I could have loss 15-25 pound before school started! In july when I was exercising regulary I waas at 180and very happy so I decidedto take a break and stuff my face with all sort of food. Weighthing myself everyday is very bad for ME loll anyway I'll weight myself every 1 week from now on.

2day I ate 1470 calorie. *keeping a food diary in excel lol* not bad since I need 2042 calories to maintain my 183pound loll & since the last 4 day I only are dairy junk food :(

as for exercising it will be 60min of (streching+aerobic step) 5time a week.

2day I ate 1700 calorie(mostly empty calorie). My mom bought me ice cream 2day :( I'll put myself to a test and try to resist or maybe try not to finish it all in 3day loll

But I did 55min of exercising :) moderate Aerobic step and boy do I feel good It
Stopped eating after 7pm(i know it has nothing to do with calorie) but it help me a lot (specialy when I weighted 195 & went down to 180) DId my cardio at 8h15, was feeling a lil bit hungry so I ate an apple and drank more water

no matter what I am not going to weight myself until next wednesday ;)
