Diet for lossing weight

I am 16 years old I weight about 123 my height is 5'5 1/2. I run everyday for 40min. I would like to be down to 115. Let me know what you think.

I eat every 3 hours.

So for breakfest I eat at 9am and have about 1/2 cup of cheerios w/ 1% milk.

at 12:00 (lunch) I eat a turckey sandwhich on 100% whole wheat bread and carrots prob. about 20 or so of the fat baby carrots.

at 3:00 I eat a low fat yogurt w/ some chasews(20) or an apple or some grapes


at 6:00 (dinner) I will eat anything from grilled chicken to shrimp, some type of fish. with whatever meat I have I will eat some type veggies

and before I go to sleep I try to drink a glass of 1% milk
 
Why in the world do you want to lose weight?
 
yeah Im female! I'm def. not big i just dnt think i look as good as i could.(if that makes any sense)
I was thinking about once i got down to my goal weight I would start lifting some weight again to tone out and look even better lol.
(I was lifting about a month or so ago for endurence but I stopped cuz I figured running was more important)

And I don't think your eating anymore than 1200-1300 calories from what you've posted.
I don't think it would be healthy to lose anymore weight, you should be more focused on building some muscle to get a "toned" look.
 
no i dont have any pics on here so do u think i should continue w/ running and eating the same just start lifting some?
 
You being a girl, you should probably do a full body 3 days a week, focusing on compound movements, training for endurance.
