Hello All,
I just thought i would update everyone with my diet so far. I know it is only the first week but I can honestly say I am really enjoying the more healthier lifestyle!
I am currently 24 years old, 5ft 4" and 191lbs. This is by far the heaviest I have ever been and I would love to reach my target weight of 126lbs.
I have eaten really well so far this week (I started the diet on Monday) and also completed an hour of exercise each day
