Ok, this is my attempt at re-learning how to be a healthy person again.
Today I ate like a pig. But at least I noticed it. Seriously, I know it's like.. "whoooo" but before I was putting things into my mouth and not even realizing it. I would see food and be like
Making a note of what I was eating also caused me to eat less. I still ate too many calories but I'm not jumping into this full tilt. I really want to make this my life again. I don't want to go on a diet, but instead make the changes I had before.
A little history: I lost a lot of weight and was really happy for the first time in my life. I was hot. I gained 10lbs and all of that confidence is gone. I know it's only 10, but in my mind it might as well be 100.
I had no problems getting my weight until xmas 07 (YES that long ago) when I totally binge ate/drank and gained 12lbs!!! Ever since I haven't been able to get back down.
WELL that is about to change. I'm on the slow and steady track to this, I want it done right.
I'm pumping up my exercise and cutting down my portions asap. I already to hot yoga (2-3x's week) and now I"m trying to run 4-5x's a week as well.
The biggest change as of today? I'm going dry. This is not going to be easy, but is a necessary start.
Wish me luck. I'll check in within the next few days to plug in how I"m changing my eating, etc. Oh ya. I'm getting back on fitday too.
Wish me luck. GOod luck with your own weight loss too
