Soy in general has a few flaws..
 
I have strech marks on my lower side , like in the 'luv handle' area, even though i dont really have love handles (anymore)...
And I have them on my shoulders from wheres im getting bigger! Lol, I think on your arms ans shoulders, strech marks just say, "Im a FREEEKKKK", lol... Makes you look big...
 
If you are self concious about those mark there is a solution, Stri-Vecton. You can purchase it a Nordstroms or any fine retail store. Look it up on the net. It works great! Good Luck in your journey! Remember, all things are possible!;)

Thanks , Any recomendation?? i will like negative critique to improve:rolleyes: ....... i have a couple of questions, the body fat can grew by the eating alot of carbs or fats(of both) (i only eat peanut butter and peanuts, the fats that are the good ones are the unsaturated right?) thanks, and what is the best fat burner you know?

Diego you need to go to www.johnberardi.com for nutrition tips. Look up his 7 habits. You should go for 25-35% fat in your diet. From sources like, olive oil, flax oil, fish oil, peanut butter, etc..

The best fat burner is weight training and cardio. It's easy if you stay consistant.

No Thanks... i`m trainning for body building , not for xmas`s pig, my goal is to keep my bf below 8.. not below 30!, but thanks for the advise..:eek:
 
Your not seeing the big picture. Fat doesn't make you fat. Fat is concentrated fuel. Total calories and being lazy makes you fat. I would stick with the lower end and go 25%. Everyone thinks fat is so bad because its commonly associated with junk food, not the good sources as I mentioned.

CHAMPR: diego thinks you're talking about BF %....not %'age of daily caloric intake

DIEGO: He means that you should aim to has 25-30% of your daily calorie intake come from fat, as opposed to protein and carbs. Please, by all means, stay below 8....i don't wanna even picture anyone from this site jumping from 8% BF to 30%....ugh *shudders*

LOl yeah we where talking about 2 dif things, yeah my foods are 40% protein 30% carb and 30% fats :) thank for the advise...!
 
great news, i lower my bf, 12 to 11 :) but still the same weight, i was 158.4 lbs now i`m aprox 159.2 i increase my arms 1 cm, and the rest of my body keep the same, and my stomach became bigger (idon`t have visible abs, i know until 8%bf..) any advise??

I don't think that's quite what you meant to say, more like vascularized.. I think by gaining muscle you will find that new vessels branch off to feed the new tissue. I'll assume that that is what you are wanting to know.
