Sorry guys Here is my first day
Hi,
First of all I will tell a bit about me and my humble story so far.
I started my weight loss back in July 2006. I was sooo fat. Well, I was obese and worst of all I was feeling pretty unhappy, I couldn't do certain things and my confidence started to drop dramatically. I suppose most of you had the same problem?
Like everything you want to do in life, you first have to find a long term motivation (above indicated) but something else to trigger your brain to start do something about it. To me, the trigger was my brand new job. I was very excited about it that I focussed all this excitement towards the constant battle of weight loss.
So, I started the 10th of July 2006. I was 92Kg or 202 pounds, my height is 169cm or 5ft 5. So yes, I was obese.
I decided that the best way to loss weight was via exercise and I starting doing 1hr of static cycling, 6 days a week during two months non stop, without any excuses.
As you can see in the weight loss table (See Didacus) the first few weeks I lost dramatically weight and then it was when I decided to read the Paul McKenna book.
I wasn't very confidence it was going to work but it did. I follow the 4 golden rules to the letter and it certainly worked!!!!
The follow months I carried on losing weight, week after week until now. It's been 8 months now and I've lost 16Kgs or 35 pounds so far.
I'm very proud, I know I'm not the best here but I believe we all should be very proud of our work!!! Don't you think?
Anyway, I'm no longer obese. I AM NOW JUST OVERWEIGHT hehehehe. At the beginning my goal was 75Kg or 165.3 pounds but now that I'm only 1kg away and still 20% body fat, I think I should be weighting even less. But we'll see.
That is my story so far, and pretends to post in my dairy frequent updates, as much as I possible can, because basically I don't know what to do right now. I'm a bit confused, I'm still losing weight but I haven't really got a property system in place and I'm concern about it.
Thank you for reading people!!!! This forum it's just amazing. Keep it that way!
