Scarlett, yup I do :D I love it! IT really isn't as bad as you think! :D Working with the stuff 10 hours a day does LOTS by way of giving it up :D
 
BizeB- I have a TON of RESPECT for your discipline to resist chocolate- I have neve had a friend who has worked at DQ and not put on weight! Excellent job! Wear that butterfly out!

Oh man - these scales have turned us all into a bunch of paranoid, superstitious people!! It is so sad. I wish the weigh-in were just a bit more precise sometimes. It's my TOM and I'm feeling very bloated and heavy (and the scale agrees!) I say, weigh in less.

Laurel, I JUST went through the TOM-"heavy" thing :rolleyes: it truly does suck! I think it IS awful that we've become mentally dependant on the number on the scale BUT I CAN'T HELP MYSELF! LOL

Nuthead, I was up - trying not to kill one of my birds for getting me up way too danged early! :rolleyes: The little terd!

Okay, just got back from another 2 miler :D Shaved a couple minutes of my not-so-impressive time :rolleyes:

Can anybody say stuffed?! LOL

I am now sucking in 4oz of "lite" pomegrante juice (0) to get my sugar back up to where it belongs :D

TIme for a shower before I call my nutheaded friend - I don't want her to smell me through the phone line :p:D

OK - phone line odors??? The pressure! Hey - I watched a GREAT movie last night! (Not related to weight loss!) We rented it: Miss Hotchkiss' Ballroom Dancing and Charm School. It was sooooo good! Even my hubby liked it and he usually goes for the shoot 'em up kind. Great cast, great story line, twists, surprises, touching, etc.
 
LMAO!! Nuthead, I appreciate it! :D LOL DOlmathe rice is basically stuffed grape leaves but the leaves are chopped up and stirred in instead of the rice mix being rolled into the grape leaves and its absolutely DELISH! :Dhehehehe

Laurel, I smelled so bad after my run, that I was totally afraid I'd hear Nuthead hit the floor on the other end!! LOL I may have to check into that movie - my hubby likes the "shoot 'em up kind" of movies too :rolleyes: What is it with men and the violence thing?! I swear its how they recharge their testosterone levels! LOL

a (turkey) sub-less salad :D (9) - Homemade turkey meatballs cooked in my fave sauce (which I RARELY get b/c its high in points) with fungi and other 0 point veggies. I pour it all onto romaine lettuce and add LF parm. :D I love meatball subs and had to come up with a way that would let me enjoy them w/o all the bread and junk - this fit the bill perfectly :D

Hmmmm... I sure wish I had some cherries!!! T2, its all your fault you got me started on those yummy little buggers!!!! :D But they're $9 /lb right now :eek: so they'll have to wait :eek: BUmmer! LOL


OH!!! Almost forgot! On top of my run, I spent 2 hours weedin' the garden - it looked like a weed garden when I started!!! :rolleyes: Ya know, I wasn't sore after running for the last 3 days, but have me weed a garden for a couple hours and I feel EVERY muscle in my tushy and legs b/c I got my squats in when I pulled the pukey weeds! LOL WHAT A WIMP!!!! LOL
 
Burn those calories and tighten that derriere by gardening -- my sources tell me that 2 hours of gardening burns over 800 calories... :) and uses all sorts of muscles you forgot you had... Well done mrs green jeans :)
