Okay, this peanut decided to leave past weigh-ins and the two month plateau where they belong - in the past. Time to start fresh and get of this plateau! :D

Defiitely a good day to start one, too! LOL
 
Well now, what the heck am I gonna name my new diary?!? Lol! :p Look for it in the diary section near you, indeed! :cool: This is definitely a new day to start a new one! ;)

By the way, that was my way of saying you have a big mouth! :p JK! You know I love ya!

Okay, just realized we have a SERIOUSLY demented cat! LOL Discovered he likes cantaloupe juice AND he got up close to our bird and rubbed on him then laid down :rolleyes: Can you tell he isn't a mouser?! LOL
 
Oh my! You nut! And you know that your cat has to be a nut too or he wouldn't be able to stand living with you! ROFL! :D

So, how much bday cake did you have today? Do you remember that whole thing about the broken cookies not having calories? (Can't remember whose diary that was in.) So does that mean if the cake falls apart when you cut it then it doesn't have cals either? Lol! ;) ;)

Hey Cassie, how 'bout you two peanuts and me make a tough love club? I think we could all use a little butt kicking. HH and I have been bouncing around the same 5 pounds for a LONG time, and you're trying to bust your plateau now. What's the hang up? Time for some self-assessment I think. I need to examine what's holding me back. When I get an idea, I'll let you know.

Happy birthday by the way, my birthday was pretty recently too. That was probably part of my poor eating spell...:eek:

Nutty Buddy! Where are you? I haven't heard from you since yesterday! :eek: I'm having serious peanut withdrawals! The little men in the right coats are knocking at the door! ;)

Don't worry Nuthead, I'm still here :D I didn't have ANY b-day cake :D I didn't make cake for me and the girls a work made a big fruit salad and put a candle in it since they know I wouldn't eat cake!! LOL It was great! Yeah, my cat does have to be nuts but I'd love him even if he were normal! LOL

MP, a "tough love club" sounds GREAT! LOL We'll call it TLC! LOL Self assessment IS due. I went through my WW book (where I write down my food) and didn't see much diffferent... I think another more personal assessment is in order:D

k, off to tutor the boys (alllllll summer :rolleyes:) then clean for neighbor man. I put in my 8 hours already and yesterday put in 11. Tommorow and friday I have to do 12 hour shifts :rolleyes: WIll hit diaries tonight :D
 
How awesome that you have supportive co-workers. Of course, they aren't as great as we are. Keep working on the 4 L bottle!
 
Nobody will ever be as great as the people here ;) My co-workers and I, with the exception of one, are like a little family. We all live on the "island" and really enjoy working together and what we do - it makes it MUCH more enjoyable to NOT dread going to work :D
 
I did WW points for a while and found myself cheating as much as possible. The cheating came in the form of figuring out which things were borderline in points (like it's rated a 2, but it could easily be a 3 based on calories). I know I was eating more calories than I would if I just counted every one. I just need to close all the loopholes.

As for TLC, I'm all for it. We were doing so well, all 3 of us, and then, SMASH, there was that wall outta nowhere. So how do we climb the wall? How do we be strict with ourselves. My problem is eating "slip ups" a little too often. I think you peanut twins' problem is the same, you're in a rut. The routine is the same. You've gotta mix it up a little. How can we make that happen?
 
MP, I wish I knew how to fix us :eek: I am going to sit down with a notebook and a pen (my constant companions lately :rolleyes:) and go over every little thing I can. I am going to review my reasons for losing weight, my goals, and write down any changes I see in my WW from when I was losing really well until my plateau started almost 3 months ago!!! There has to be an answer of some sort somewhere! If I come up with anything worth a cent, I'll PM the two of ya :D WE WILL BEAT THIS! :D Persistance is key!

That's the ticket! With that attitude you bet we'll win! As cheesy as it is, the super-excited voice of Denise Austin pops into my head saying, "If you rest, you rust" and maybe that should be our overly happy inner cheerleader for a few weeks. Let's start bustin'! :D
 
TLC! I love it! :D At least you are on a plateau and not gaining! I seem to be slowly putting on a little of that weight that I managed to lose. :eek: It's gotta stop! I'm not having it! :p So, did you start WW back again last week?

C, yesterday was a great, if busy, day! :D I love days that go that smoothly :D They just don't seem to happen often......

MP, Denise Austin! OMG'ness! I can see it now! LOL Rust flakes littering the floor as we get up and move! LMAO!!! I wonder if they're worth anything at redemption time?! LOL I know there's a free metal day here at the landfill!! LOL

Um, Nuthead, I think I will show a gain this coming weigh in :eek: TOM decided to surprise me at work today which explains the massive bloated feeling I've been experiencing lately! And I thought it was all the water I was drinking :eek: Shows how much I pay attention!! *sigh* what a bummer! I did start back at WW again last week :D So far so good! I acutally missed documenting every bite! LOL I know, I'm weird, but thats why ya love me ;) LOL You may be too nuts for the little white coats, but you're my perfect twin! :D hehehehe

So you're back on the points wagon, huh? I'll be joining you on 7/5 when I am going to get serious until I lose this last 5-7 lbs. (I haven't weighed in since before my mini-vacation last week and I was by no means good!!!)
Anyhow, it's good to be back supporting each other! Life sure can get hectic and crazy, can't it?
