I have always had the opposite of your loo problem and NEVER could find a natural cure for my problem. But here it is - just a one hand distance away from me - the WW meal. Yooohoooo :jump: Looking forward to more news from you because I noticed your BMI at start is just as mine at the moment /was more before/ so we are on same track.

Hahahaha! There does seem to be a niche in the market for that type of thing Jenna! Wanna go into business? ;) Speaking of... have you seen those odd looking "lady tubes" they have invented especially for festivals, so ladies are able to go for a tinkle.. rather like gentlemen?! They are odd.. but a good idea!

No I havn't ... but those seem really interesting:) ... Those porta potties are just too gross to even consider :rotflmao:
 
THURSDAY 9TH AUGUST 07

Breakfast - 2 Mandarin oranges & 1 pot Weight Watchers lemon flavour yogurt = 2 1/2pts
Lunch - Pret No Bread More Than Mozzarella salad (Mozzarella, leaf spinach, avocado, tomatoes, whole-leaf basil, pine nuts, black olives and a drizzle of French dressing) = 9pts (oops!)
Snack - Cucumber, cauliflower and carrot with 1 tsp of humus and a banana = 3pts
Snack - 1 banana, 1 apple & 2 small slices Soreen malt loaf = 5pts
Drinks at the pub - 1 small glass (175ml) white wine & 1 small glass diet coke = 2pts

TOTAL = 21 and a half points (ouch)

Exercise: Not very much at all. Didn’t really have time! Oh, did have sex though, which counts. :p

I naughtily overspent by 2 points yesterday. Seems I was constantly in a snacky type of mood.. plus, I went to the pub for a few drinks with my friend Wasim. Resisted the usual temptation to drown my stomach in Jack Daniels and coke.. which is good. :D

I’ve been eating around 14pts worth of food since Monday. Suppose it’s not too bad to eat a few extra here and there. :) And it’s not like I ran to the nearest takeaway to order a burger (which I would usually do!!) Last night I spotted one of my big weaknesses. As soon as the wine passed my lips, I had the constant urge to buy junk food. It wasn’t particularly easy walking past KFC, Wimpy and dozens of kebab/burger shops on the way back!

Work bought croissants this morning. They smell so damn good. But I have to go out tonight for a friends birthday drink type-o-thing so I’m trying to save up some points allowance for a few orange juices.. maybe a glass of wine. It’s going to be a long weekend trying to resist my junk-food-craving temptations..

*insert confuzzled face here* Hrm, I’ve not really eaten any Weight Watchers packaged foods since the toilet mishap. Except for Weight Watchers yogurts.. because they actually taste yummy and don’t turn stomachs into human cement mixers. :p

FRIDAY 10TH AUGUST 07

Breakfast - 1 banana and 2 small slices Soreen malt loaf = 3pts
Lunch - 70g tuna on 2 slices dry granary bread with baby spinach. Side salad of baby spinach, red peppers, cucumber and sugar snap peas = 4pts
Snack - 25g lightly salted popcorn, 1 slice chicken breast on 1 Ryevita crispbread = 3pts
Oops, she went clubbing! - 3 small glasses white wine = 6pts
Snack - 1 packet tangy cheese Doritos = 4pts

TOTAL = 20 pts

Exercise:1 hour dancing.
(Only one hour mind. When you’re wearing massive-heeled New-Rocks.. your feet do tend to cane after a mere 15 mins!)

Man.. Friday was a night of holy temptations galore!! But overall, I’m pretty proud! It was my friend Helen’s birthday bash. First we went to a lovely little rock pub for a few drinks, then onto a rowdy rock nightclub. (one of my old haunts) I sipped grumpily on tap water whilst in the pub. Was feeling a little bit awkward as I’d had a rather stressful day at work.. and was now stood amongst a crowd of people I hardly knew.. attempting to socialise.. (people there were all Helen’s friends.. and of course, as she was the birthday girl, she could hardly entertain all and sundry!) I KNEW dancing at the club would be on the agenda.. and I don’t do the ‘D’ word without a few drinks in my system.. so as soon as we entered the land that required dance, the wine started pouring in. Thankfully, I’m only a mere midget so get drunk VERY easily! :D Not only does that save on the pennies, but saves on the calories too. ;) Also did about an hour of hardcore dancing.. which all adds up in the great exercise regime! :D

On the hour-long, 2-bus-long journey home, I was RAVENOUS.. but only because I’d been glugging wine. SO SO SO had the urge for a big greasy chicken burger.. but ended up buying some Doritos instead. Then further along the trail, I was desperately craving a meatball marinara (9 and a half WW points, ladies and gentlemen!!) from Subway. Oddly, I was accosted by a weird Russian man, who was obviously hitting on me. I lost count of the times he asked me if I had a boyfriend. *rolls eyes* Turns out he lived just round the corner from me, so we somehow got engaged in rather odd broken-English conversation and took the same bus. Therefore, diverting my mind away from all the evil delights that lay waiting in the land of Subway! But.. In my drunken state, I somehow managed to give odd Russian man my CORRECT mobile number, and he won’t stop calling me!!! DOH! Still, memories are there for making, aint they? :p

Breakfast - 1 boiled egg on 1 slice brown bread, 1 Weight Watchers lemon & lime yogurt = 3 ½ pts
Lunch - Tuscan Turkey recipe (nicked from someone off this here forum!), new potatoes, broccoli, carrots and sugar snap peas = 5pts
Cinema snacks - 1 small chocolate lolly, 1 diet coke = 1 ½ pts

TOTAL = 10 pts

Exercise:1 and a half hours housework

Breakfast - 1 Weight Watchers lemon yogurt, 6 carrot batons & low fat spread cheese on 1 slice brown bread = 4pts
Lunch - 2 Ryevita crispbreads with low fat cottage cheese, salad, watercress & 1 banana = 3 ½ pts
Snack - 1 banana = 1 ½ pts
Dinner - Chicken breast with green pesto, salad & 1 banana = 5 ½ pts
Snack - Small bowl of Special K with skimmed milk = 2 ½ pts

TOTAL = 16 1/2 pts

Exercise: Woohoo, sex counts! (x2)


Loss for the week = 4LBS. YAY!!!

MONDAY 13TH AUGUST 07

Breakfast - Low fat cottage cheese on 1 slice brown bread, 1 peach 3 1/2pts=
Snack - 1 plum = 1pt
Lunch - Chicken breast, salad, baby spinach & Uncle Bens chicken rice = 6pts
Snack - 1 mini Victoria sponge = 2pts
SDinner - 1 bowl raisin wheats & skimmed milk = 2 1/2pts

TOTAL = 15pts

Exercise:Walked from work to Liverpool St. bus station - 10 mins walk.

Wanted to go for a jog last night but was far too tired. Had a long weekend. Don’t look like I’m going to be jogging tonight either. It’s pissing it down with rain. :( Feeling rather crappy today. Just feeling really.. lethargic. Meh. I blame the weather.
 
Hey Milady :) You've been really disciplined with the food. Especially that McDs incident. I would've ordered a small fries and diet coke as well so I could get the burger down. GOOD JOB! Its great that you caught your weight before things got too out of hand, you should be at your goal weight in no time.
 
TUESDAY 17TH AUGUST 07

Breakfast - Small bowl of All Bran with skimmed milk, 1 Weight Watchers raspberry yogurt = 3pts
Lunch - Weight Watchers farmhouse pate on 2 slices granary bread, red peppers, tomatoes = 5pts
Dinner - Weight Watchers spiced potato and lentil soup with 1 slice granary bread = 2 ½pts
Snacks (ARRRGGG!) - 1 small Milkybar, 1 mini Victoria sponge cake, 1 light digestive biscuit, 1 plum, 1 small glass skimmed milk = 6 1/2pts

TOTAL = 17pts

Exercise:Hardly any – the weather was TERRIBLE. I also seem to have gained 1lb. :(

Was feeling extremely lethargic, pointless, worn-out and unsociable yesterday.. for no particular reason. So along came the snack-attack. :( Also didn’t contact my boyfriend the whole day for stupid jealousy reasons. He’s losing SO MUCH more weight than me (he’s on the GI diet) and I’m just feeling like I’m going to be stuck like this forever. Didn’t feel much like talking to him yesterday because I was insanely guilty about snacking and even more guilty that I seem to have gained 1lb. :( I would have snapped at him if we’d have spoken anyway.. because his weight is literally dropping off, WITHOUT EXERCISE, and mine is fast stuck, so it seems. *sigh* Must try harder today. I am going walking/jogging tonight. Even if it kills me!

Thanks for dropping by Blancita! I've been desperately trying to be disciplined with food but sometimes go off the rails.. as everyone does! I wish I saw my goal weight happening in no time but at the moment it seems to be refusing to budge. Guess I have to exercise some more... but when you're stuck in a job sat on your ass working 9-6pm.. it's hard to find the motivation or the time to do anything!! Wish I could install a mini treadmill under my desk.. :p
