Diary? EEK!

Another one today though :(. And I'm on the verge of a Hershey bar. Have some left over from not making enough smores...

Protien today was low as well. Missed a real supper because we went to see Harry Potter and breakfast was destroyed. Good, but no protien. My daughter bought me a dougnut on her way over this morn. Her dad stopped at the store for one so she got me one, too. So, missed another 15 g protien with breakfast. Only thing that saved me was lunch and my post workout protien supplement. Which is nasty tasting.
 
I have been lazy the last two days. My achilles tendon is feeling odd again, just like it did when I had tendonitis fairly bad. I contemplate seeing my doctor, but know what she'll tell me. Same thing she told me last time, take it easy and let it heal. So instead I'm taking asprin to decrease inflamation and trying not to do anything to crazy to it. I skipped my run today and took a nap instead. I was planning to go for a bike ride in place of my run... but didn't.

I'm just lacking motivation. A two day streak this time. But my last two day streak was very recently. I need to kick myself in the ass.
 
So I'm back :). I went MIA cuz I changed jobs, moved, changed jobs, moved and now I'm working four different jobs and bought a house. So, anyway, I'm busy :). But I have a basement that isn't horrible and I have my bench, squat rack, and heavy bag down there. I beat up on my bag for about 15 min today and then went swimming in my pool afterwards for another 15.

I probably haven't worked out at all in the last four months other than a few minutes here and there. I have some nerve damage in my wrist which is preventing me from doing some things, but I've adapted my pushups so I can at least do those. Other than bodyweight workouts, which I rarely do, I've ran maybe four times this year. So I'm trying to get back on the wagon :).
 
Busy week here. I found a running partner. We decided we'd start off every week with a run so on Mondays we get together and run for an hour (and walk in between there, too). This last time it was run 2-3 blocks and walk 1-2 blocks. My running partner is about 15-20 years older than me and she totally kicked my ass. It was great. I've got to get into better shape for our next run or I'll be an embarassment to my partner! I'm going to go run tomorrow morning, but I'll run a mile or two straight through no breaks. Part of it was that we were running in 86 degree weather at 5 PM and I usually run in 60 degree weather at 5 AM. The twelve hours makes a difference! I did pilates in the morning to start off my day.

Today I lifted weights for a half hour after work. This AM would have been my typical day to run, but since we did an hour yesterday, I skipped this am.
 
So I, yet again, fell off the wagon. I was traveling quite a bit for work and tried to keep up in my hotel room, but that didn't go great. All I did was maintain and at least now I'm home again and can get back to work kicking my own ass :).

Right now, doing Fat Loss 1 program from NROL to get back to my regular weight.
