Awesome to hear! My boyfriend also has wanted to do it a lot more since i've lost weight (and he wanted to quite a bit to begin with). He also wants me on top every time. It's Great!!!! :) I think it's more about me having more confidence and feeling more comfortable without clothes on.
 
Hahaha! I guess there are people who might find sexual themes offensive. But it's an important part of health, so it shouldn't be kept quiet and locked away like some dirty secret.

Well, good news--I did the body fat test on Cholesterol network and it said 20.6%--that is excellent, if accurate :) So 112 lbs is lean stuff and 28 lbs is fat, supposedly. I am getting a formal BF test at my gym next Saturday the 7th. So hopefully the methods they use will be very accurate and we can see my composition.

Oh yeah I'm 139.0--yay!

Today I felt tired, somewhat sore, and super hungry. I ate 990 calories by 11am--then i realized, "Yo, I've come too far to mess this up," and am not snacking anymore. I have the rest of my delicious stir-fry in the fridge for lunch (I'm the type who is fond of leftovers--less food preparation and a lot of the time the flavors are better) and I'm going to avoid snacking until dinner, whatever that will be.

It's a beautiful day!

Oh yeah I started uploading my best pictures and am about to start the Photography Thread in Off Topic. I'll post a link and visit people later...

Rough Morning

Thanks so much for the mornings!!

Before I skulk about the diaries, I need to post what's up:

This morning I weighed myself after going to the bathroom (well the scale is in the bathroom but you know what I mean) and it was

139.5

Then I went about, getting ready and decided to check again:

140.0

Frustrated, I took a shower, and continued to get ready. I chose to, one last time, check out the scale:

138.5

Flabbergasted, I tried it two more times:

138.5
138.5


OK! Well I really don't know what to think. Each time I was not in clothes or holding anything heavy or whatnot. I don't know what to think--but I'm just going to leave it at 139 and wait until tomorrow to see what the hell happens!!

In other news, today is wine class day and therfore if I was to work out, I would have had to do it this morning at 6:45--last night I was all prepared to wake up early. But my BF and our buddy and housemate were still up and a bit loud at 10:30 and I realized, "You know, I'm physically tired. I think it would be beneficial to have tomorrow a day of rest, aside from my lunchtime walk to the beach, and then wake up early to weight train Friday." Because Friday at 3pm I'm leaving work early to drive to San Luis Obispo to visit my friend for the weekend. I plan on eating 1500 or so caloires today, and I also plan to post a lament about how I;m going to stay angelic this weekend (travel+friend+wine+fun+no gym=indulgence, usually).

OK! Skulking time....
