Hi! I'm not really planning ahead..like I don't go to the supermarket and already have in mind what I'll eat next Friday.. but I have some REALLY healthy recipes that I want to make

I'm sorry for not posting anything, my stomac flu turned out to be a little more serious so I was in the hospital.
Buuut, I started eating again and today I will have:
- Detox
water 2 L : ½ lemon, ½ orange, few cucumber slices, 400 ml water
-Green tea 1 L without honey or other sweeteners

Breakfast : smoothie: 3/4 sliced banana frozen in the freezer (lol) overnight and blended in the morning with ¼ cup of milk and a dash of cocoa. I also put in the blender 2 tbsp of muesli.

Snack: one snack at 11:30, the other one at 4:30: one bar of fitness

Lunch:Grilled turkey breast a salad (lettuce+ lemon)
I have no idea what I'll have for dinner yet
