Hello! I am Diana, an 18 yr old student from a small city in Romania. I currently weight 92.5 kilograms and am 178 centimeters tall. Although I have a busy schedule due to the huge amount of studying, my goal weight is 65 kilos. I will post pictures of what I eat and how much workout I do.

Hi Diana! I work in a children's home and a group of our kids just got back from Romania, they said it was really cool! Had lots of food I'd never even heard of! Good luck my lovely and post often!
 
We do have incredibly tasty dishes :piggy: you should try out some recipes sometime!
I have a bit of a stomach flu so I haven't eaten anything today, but I just got home from the Supermarket and I bought Greek yoghurt, salmon slices, cereals, beans, some eggs, vegetables & fruits and tea. So, starting tomorrow I will post everything I eat and drink + pictures :D

Thank you very much Kate, I feel better today!
I already planned what to eat during today, but until now I just had breakfast.
I drank 1/2 L of water, 1/2 L of green, jasmine, chamomile and ginger tea and ate an 415.5 calories yogurt parfait (greek yogurt,muesli with dried fruits like pinapple, papaya, coconut). These are the pictures.

Hello! Just did my lunch, and ate it :beating: it was yummy!
I ate one slice of cereal bread cut in half with salmon and corn. Also , I made a big salad :D it contains only cabbage, some salt and a dash of olive oil. It is sooo fulfilling. I drank another 1/2 of tea.

My mom made donuts and I literally grabbed one and singed "not worth it" in the melodic line of the fift harmony's song "worth it" :rotflmao:
 
Good luck! I tried planning my meals out before hand one week, but it didn't end well for me. Ii have endless admiration for people with the willpower to stick to things like packed lunches and stuff!

I hope you make it!
 
Hi! I'm not really planning ahead..like I don't go to the supermarket and already have in mind what I'll eat next Friday.. but I have some REALLY healthy recipes that I want to make :D
I'm sorry for not posting anything, my stomac flu turned out to be a little more serious so I was in the hospital.
Buuut, I started eating again and today I will have:
- Detox water 2 L : ½ lemon, ½ orange, few cucumber slices, 400 ml water
-Green tea 1 L without honey or other sweeteners
-Breakfast : smoothie: 3/4 sliced banana frozen in the freezer (lol) overnight and blended in the morning with ¼ cup of milk and a dash of cocoa. I also put in the blender 2 tbsp of muesli.
-Snack: one snack at 11:30, the other one at 4:30: one bar of fitness
-Lunch:Grilled turkey breast a salad (lettuce+ lemon)
I have no idea what I'll have for dinner yet :D
