Well I just wanted to say hello to everyone and let you know a little about myself first. I am a 25 year old mother of 2 girls (3 and 5). Here I am once again trying to win this battle against my weight. I have currently been really watching what I eat and trying to exercise at least 4 times a week. I currently weigh 176 pounds and my realistic goal weight is 160 pounds. I have been dieting and exercising for about a month and a half now and have lost about 14 pounds. Well I just want to thank you all for yous support and hope to hear from you soon.
 
Welcome to your diary! and to the forum, and wtg on the pounds shed so far :) You are going to enjoy it here, people are soo helpful, and nice.

Today I started out a bit tired although I started my day on the right track. Work was kind of stressful that is since I work with kids all day. I guess tomorrow will be a better day. Still I'm happy that I stuck to eating healthy and walked my two miles for today. So I'll Give myself a :) for today.

Just a tip, posting your menus, or even just a little of what you ate each day is sooo sooo helpful. If scale stops moving or moves the wrong way, you can go back and find the problem.

Well let me start of by saying that I did good. I guess I can say that I feel proud of myself for eating healthier and doing my exercise for the day. On the other hand work was very stressful. I work with children with disabilities soe of which tend to be very violent and aggressive towards us. I can honestly say that I do enjoy my job but wish that these days would not occur. Lets just say that getting stabbed with a push pin is not having a good day at work. Well all i hope is that tomorrow will be a better day.

Breakfast
Special k cereal with strawberries and 1% milk

Lunch
pear, pineapples (I forgot to take my lunch:( )

Dinner
Fish Sticks
White rice
corn

Snacks
Special k bar
 
glad to hear that u are doing great! i really admire ur line of work! u r brave ddiana212000. most of us could not take on what u are doing! i teach college kids & always moan about how hard it is! makes me feel so shallow!:eek:
 
Well let me start of by saying that I feel so so so bad!!!
This is the worst day ever I had a disagreement with a family member which made me angry. The result of me being angry caused me to go a 3 hour food binge. I ate everything and anything in my path. I feel so bad now all the work I've been putting into this and here I go and well I guess I could say downhill. Maybe tommorrow can be a better day for me. Let me rephrase that tommorrow WILL be a better day.
