Okay, so I did a little better last night! I managed to get my 1 mile walk in and I had a good dinner (and no snacking on junk food!)
As for today it has started out really good. I had a small ham & cheese omelet w/8 oz. of 2% milk and I have already got in 3 - 8oz. glasses of water! I am feeling really good today so I hope that it continues since when I am feeling good about myself then it is so much easier to not binge or eat the "junk" for comfort.
I have to go back to my doctor tomorrow for a 3 month check up on my bloodwork, blood sugar, and for my sleep apenea. My blood work results were mailed to me and the note said that my "bad" cholestrol was 84 which I believe it was over 100 3 months ago. My blood sugar was also good so it seems to be going okay but I still have not lost any weight yet!
