Thanks for support (maybe thats not correct word)! I am just afraid of giving up... so this accident at birtday has dissapointed me.

Thank you!!! Thats very helpfull for me when people arround are telling me that i am in the right way, that i ve got any success =) For example when i`ve seen my parents last time they told me something like "That wont give you result. After your weight-loss you will gain your weight back, that wont give result, eat this and eat that" and it was very dificult not to fuss with them (i dont know how to tell this correctly in English, i mean not to be rude with them)
 
My feeling on weight loss is that you need to do what works for you. If this is working for you, then great :) (it's not something I'd do myself, but it's your body and therefore your decision)
 
Well... i ve not been here for a long time. This time i was losing weight by the same way that i used before- food without carbs, ABS workouts, but i am upset about cardio- i just absolutely have no time for this... not more than 30 min walk per day and 4 times getting upstairs (12-th floor)...
Well it`s making result. And i want to congratulate myself- Haha, i already passed half of my way, I lost 14.4 kg and i need to lose just 11.6 kg more... Thats great. I feel myself better. People at work wonder about my results... I see real result and i hope i ll reach my aim!
So results are:
9 may - 100 kg
13 may - 96.5 kg
15 may - 96.5 kg
19 may - 93.0 kg
26 may - 92.0 kg
2 june - 91.0 kg
23 june - 85.6 kg

So i need more walks for now... if i want to continue with the same effect that i had before
