Desperate to lose last 10lbs

I'm a male that is 6'0 and weigh 193lbs. I want to lose the last 10 pounds and be in the best shape of my life and be ripped. I'm really struggling with the type of diet I should be eating. Not sure how many cals. to eat and what percentages of carbs, protein, and fat. Does anyone have a linke or a diet that I can just follow to lose my last 10lbs. I don't have a problem with cardio and weight lifting. I have a ton on knowledge about those two areas I just need help with my diet. Any help would be appreaciated.
 
Many here use fitday.com to track their calories/fats/carbs/protein etc intake. It should also help you get an idea of how many calories you're burning off in a day too.

10lb shouldn't be too hard, especially for a guy. I'd say to snoop around the forum and check out the "cutting" threads or posts. I don't know calorie requirements for males per bodyweight but the diet is typically the same across the board, I'd think, although I'm sure guys can get away with more. Eat 5-6 small meals spaced every 3 hours apart:
1: protein/complex carb (like oatmeal) or/and fruit
2: protein/ complex carb or fruit
3: protein/veggies/essential fat
4: protein/veggies
5: protein/veggies/essential fat
something like that.

When you exercise sandwich that time with the meals that contain the carbs or fruit (especially post workout), all other times of day are mostly carb free, other than veggies. Keep your food as "clean" as possible and drink up to a gallon of water/day. That weight will fly off.
