Hello everyone

I am going to reclaim my thin self this year. Today I start at 190.2 lbs (around 87kgs). I'm in Australia, we measure in kgs here. However, I've noticed that when I hit certain weights, I psychologically freeze up and start packing on the weight again.

My goal is 130lbs, or around 60kgs. I'm 5'6'' and female. And I am walking a great deal, my goal is 10kms a day.

If I can give you just one piece of advice, try not to spit the dummie when you mess up. It will happen. The extent of your success will often be measured by how quickly you get over it and carry on.
 
Haha, did I ever spit the dummy!

I only lasted 3 days on Cohen's, too difficult. Now it's 3 years later, and I hit 100kgs last month. Down to "only" 97kgs now (about 215 lbs I think). 58 is still my goal! I will do it by calorie counting and exercise - and NOT giving up!

PS I'm actually 5'7, not 5'6 like I thought...
