Hi all. I'm new to posting here. I've been trolling the forums for quite some time though. I have very little experience with lifting, and need a little help. I've tried to find what I'm looking for by browsing, and have found what I need, but need assistance. I've taken the advice of many that I've read on here and picked up Lou and Alwyns "The New Rules of Lifting". It's a great book so far, but with my busy schedule, I can only read about 6-8 pages a day. I have not made it to the section of putting together and excuting my workout. With that said here is my question.
I have found some great programs that are suggested on here and on T-Nation, but I don't know how the exercises go or what device to use when doing them. Does anyone know a link with pictures or good descriptions of the exercises?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, and if there is something on here that explains it that I've missed, I apoligize.
Also, the reason I need to know some of this before completing the book, is that I'm starting my weight training tonight after work. I'm excited to start seeing results and don't want to wait any longer
