Thanks Cowboy. As soon as my neck and back get feeling better, I'll forget all about this. Well, I'll just remember enough to know my physical limitations.
I have a lot to be happy about right now. My daughter just turned 5 a month ago and my son turns 1 tomorrow. I haven't gained much weight, despite not being able to exercise. And most of all, my wife and I are doing great! A few months ago our relationship seemed hopeless. At some point we just decided to fight all of our problems as a team, instead of fighting against each other. That, combined with the new medications, new vitamins, new diet(s) and new strategies seems to have been enough to get us back on the same wave length.
We still have work to do but things look very optimistic right now.

Sending you warm thoughts, buddy!
She's already back down to 125 and she is 5' 6" tall. She recently had here body fat measured and just like in 2008 they came up with 16%. That's insane for a 34 year old woman who doesn't really exercise. I'm not trying to be pompous. She's just a normal girl with apparently good genetics when it comes to aging and body composition. It pisses me off sometimes. I work my ass off for months on end and can't get to the same body fat levels.
