well i'm new on here, and i thought i would start my weight loss journal. i started my diet on mon aug. 13th. and so far so good, i lost 10 pounds, I ate 3 meals and 2 snacks today, and did 3 miles on the stationary bike. my calorie count for today was 1232. so i am right on track. I even passed up mc donalds when my husband and kids ate there for dinner, So i definalty get a star for today
