Hi everybody! I've been on this sight for about a week still finding all the useful stuff when I found this. I thought was a great idea, so here goes.
I've been dieting since August 2006. (I took December and January off). I started at 184.5. I am down to 156. I'd like to be down to 120 or so, but not sure if thats possible for me. I've been following an old weight watchers program where you count servings. I do pretty well on it. I also try to exercise everyday. Usually I do Leslie Sansone walking tape. Sometimes I do 1 segment or other days 2 just depending on how I feel. I recently started her firm off weight tape which is working with weights. I was doing it everyday, but my muscles were so sore. I think I'm going to start alternating days now. I don't really have a time goal. I just hope that I lose a little bit each week.
