Defrancos Workout

I just read up on defrancos skinny bastard program, and it looks amazing. i do have a few questions i hope can be awnsered though. 1) do you lift the same weight for every set, and aim for the desired amount of reps, or do you add weight each set. 2) for the max lifts, i understand that you go for the max weight about 1-5reps. but it says to rotate your max excersise 2-3 weeks. could somebody explain further on that. 3) has anybody had success with this program

I tried this program before but I had problems staying consistent with it. I know it has a lot of good reviews though. For problem # 2 Defranco explains that you don't want to use the same exact exercises every week or else your gains will slow. For example

For Chest switch Bench Press, and Decline Bench Press every 2-3 weeks
Switch Squats to Deadlifts every 2-3 weeks

etc. Just choose another exercise from the list he gave you.
