Defranco's modified "skinny bastard"

Hey, i've been on this forum for a while and i've heard defranco's skinny bastard program mentioned a lot. I thought I might give it a try because i'm getting bored with my old workout and am wondering your thoughts on it? Has anyone done it here and gotten good results? If not, could you steer me in a direction of a good workout program. Here is his modified version.
