how does one determine which dumbbell weight is best? I'm primarily interested in training my forearms, because they are as thin as a stick
So, what's the perfect weight I need to get?
Also, is there any advantage of buying two dumbbells instead of just one?
Any suggestions about the exercise itself? I was gonna do regular + reverse wrist curls, but I'm a total newbie.
How many reps / sets should I do?
How much time in between each set?
How many times a week?
