Decided it's time...

Hi guys!

I'm 16, i'm 6' 2, and I don't know hom much I weigh as our scaled broke the other day and we are currently having to replace them. I am planning on taking a few pictures of myself to show.

While I'm not really fat, I have a stomach and a VERY flabby chest, which I've decide to do something about, because I want to look good for a change.

I don't know where to start though, I don't have any weights, just some dumbells, and I don't really have much room to do lots of big weight training in anyway.

I heard running is good for you, but I wouldn't know how to start as in how much I run, for how long etc. I am VERY unfit, I hardly do any sport, well... I dont do any sport at all.

While I'm not gaining weight, I'm not loosing it either, and I'm just a very flabby chested, large stomached guy that is getting on my own nerves. I hate wearing just T-shirts because that have a large lump for my stomach and two lmps where my chest should be flat.

I hope you guys can helpme out. I really want to get started, but need to start disciplining myself alot, because I'll start, the stop after a week or two. I need to start and not stop at all.
