My weight went up and down last week, 73.8 as lowest and 75.2 as highest. Goal for this week is to keep it more consistent, to be more consistent, last week I was a mess.
 
Super surprised by my loss this week! I'm a full week ahead of the game!

What can I say... Let's hope for a better January.
 
If I lose the 2 lbs this week that I gained over christmas I'll be down to 261....which is a 5lb loss for December. Extremely disapointing...but I'm going to carry on and make January a better month!
