I use to live in SanDiego about 10 minutes from the border so I may of had Fried Pussy cat as well in a taco in Mexico...LOL.
 
Lol....I live in Alhambra..( where the population is over 70 % asians)......so we eat chineses food alot...but sometimes that chicken doesnt always look like chicken......sniff sniff....do I smell a rat around here??
 
No lie I had a friend who use to clean the grease traps of restaurants and said he found Animal fur in the chineese restauraunts grease trap.....poor doggies... LOL!!!
 
yup, no joke here either! my brothers friend took a bite of his burrito and pulled the piece out of his mouth, it was thick and had long corse hair all over it.... NASTY!
 
That is soooo gross!!!....An other thing that is scary....hotel rooms......and just because you stay at an expensive one doesnt mean it is better....I use do do house cleaning at the Horshoe Casino and hotel.....you would not even believe the stuff...

So far, I am having a great day. Despite TTOM showing up, and weighing more today then yesterday. It is going to be a beautiful weekend, and we might actually see the sun here in the North East. I have big plans this weekend to go up to the mountains and go hiking, so I am really excited!!!

Food went great yesterday, cannot quite remember everything, but I kept it under 1300 calories.

Your doing awesome Debbie, Hope things went good yesterday you didnt journal after the morning..maybe you were out running all day..LOL. Have a good day today hiking is awesome excercise..Im jealous.
 
girl - I hope you are having fun hiking!!! i'm so jealous, it is so beautiful outside here... so i'm about to go for a run.. time to get off the computer!!!
 
I think the mountain air gave me somewhat of a cold. I have the worse headache and I am all stuffy. I still managed to workout though. Only 30 minutes of cardio and 40 counter pushes and crunches. Arghhh, and I still have to go to school. I have a spelling and term test tonight, and then I think that I might cut out early. On a good note though, I am getting a fireplace installed tomorrow. I am so excited, just in time for Christmas!

So far today......

Breakfast:
Oatmeal 150
16 oz. H2O (pre workout)

Snack:
Banana 110
16oz. H2O (post workout)

Lunch:
Ham and Cheese on 7 grain bread 200
16oz. H2O

Snack:
Baked apple 60

Dinner:
Hot Ham and Cheese 200
Tossed Salad FF Italian 100
16oz. H2O

Snack @ School:
Honey Wheat Sesame Pretzels 120
Apple 60
12 oz. Non Fat Mocha Capucinno 140

Snack After School:
Apple 60
Bite of husbands sandwich 40
32 oz. H2O

Not too bad. I have a tendency to become very hungry after school, because I go to class late and I have a long drive, which means I have to eat dinner at around 3 in the afternoon, so that I can leave home by 4 and be in class by 5. It is so crazy. So, needless to say by the time I am out of school at 10:15; I am starving. Sorry about the babbling, but this babbling just helped abstain from eating anything else tonight. Phew that was a close one.

1240 calories total

Thanks Amomono! I am actually feeling a little bit better, I drank a lot of green tea tea today, so I think keeping hydrated helped.

you are doing so awesome hon! keep up the good work... I really should start posting how much water I drink when... i think that it would keep me more honest...

and i hope that cold clears up - no fun!!!

you have been doing so awesome! keep up the great work. it is so hard to conquer old habits but you are doing great. do you take your measurements? I find that taking my measurementes also keeps me motivated because sometimes when the scale doesn't move, the inches still do! :D :D :D good luck with everything and I hope you are feeling better :) oh, and how is the wheather in maryland? getting better? have a good week!

Hey Jenn!!! Thank you oh so much!!! Actually I do take my measurements. Atleast once every two weeks. I am losing a lot of inches, and I think a lot of my weight plateua problem now is, that I have been doing a lot of weight training, so I think that I am building a lot of muscle. Physically not a bad thing at all, but psychologically it really screws with your mind.

The weather here in Maryland is absolutely gorgeous! I think that it is probably setting us up for a heavy winter though. You are probably very familiar with rough winters. You poor souls up north from us here in Maryland get the tail end of all our messes. Only thing really happening here in Maryland today is that we got a terror threat. Thank God that it is all cleared up.


Doing good so far today:

That says alot about your determination!!!!.......About eating so late.....maybe you can try and eat something really light on the stomach!!!

Oh Kim the angel is so adorable!!!! I so had to print it out and tape it to the front of my notebook for school for inspiration. Thank You soooo much, I had a pretty rough day and that has cheered me up.

Juliew, you too are a sweetheart, thanks for the kind words.

I am not really going to post any food today, because I only consumed about 500 calories. I just had a super busy day, and a few of the medical test that I had this afternoon required that I did not eat. But, tomorrow I will begin again! Thanks everyone!!!!
