Dear Skinny Me
Today I decided to cut the crap and get rid of Big Mac Me. I know it is going to be hard because it took me 31 years and many calories to get to this point. I know there is no quick fix and I know it will take a lot of hard work. It is also probably not the best time of year to try and do this with the twins birthday my birthday my mother-in-law visiting for 6 weeks and Christmas in this month but I reckon if I can survive those 4 events I can pretty much survive 2017. Like they always say there is no better time then the present
Day1:
Breakfast: banana and chia seed bread slice
Snack: peach
Lunch: smoked chicken and tomatoes
Snack: carrot sticks
Dinner: chicken, potato and corn
2 x coffees
2lt of water
3403 steps
