Holy crap I didn't realise how many calories were in a serving of sesame oil... 100! I guess I will avoid it from now on even though it adds great flavour to the food.

Argh.. I HAVE to get some exercise it. I don't feel like I lose anything unless I do! I went to see my boyfriend after dinner last night and I ended up asleep with him on his bed till 2.30am when I woke up and decided I should go home.

I drank a lot of water yesterday but I think I need to keep some beside my bed. I was a bit thirsty when I got home but I didn't want to wake my brother by going into the kitchen to get some water. Hm...

I weighed myself this morning on my glass scales. I was 82.2kg. Tomorrow when I hopefully have more time I will record my other percentages and then I will keep track of my weight loss that way too. I have less that 6 weeks till my first goal so I have to get my behind into gear now.

It's raining outside now. I'd rather be all warm in bed than at work. Speaking of work, I better get back to it!

Sooo... my brother bought that greencoffee 800 stuff and since there is a decent amount at home I thought I'd try it out. To replace my morning tea/coffee. It's meant to suppress appetite and aid in metabolism thingy majingy. I'm not much of a coffee person so what it has got me buzzing so far. It's good in that sense cause I feel less blah and more peppy! So maybe I'll actually study and get some exercise in tonight! I've got nothing to lose so I think I'll try it out for a week or see and see if it impacts anything.

I'm pretty sure that was everything. I binged on the fruit and nuts but it ended up working out okay.

I didn't exercise sigh. I didn't study either so I have no excuse. Hopefully this coffee energy kick will last till tonight.

Spoke to Alex last night, he said people have been commenting on my slimming figure. I don't notice it as much. Maybe because I'm retaining the same shape.. maybe smaller though? I'll take measurements when I hit 80kgs.
Even if I'm keeping the same shape and stuff I'll just lose the weight then working on building muscle and getting toned. Just hope my boobs don't get smaller :rofl:
 
Just wanted to pop in and say great work. You really seem to do well with your calorie intake. that is the worst part for me. i need to eat about 1200, like what you do, but tend to fall around 1600 on average :( haha great work.
 
Wow we are basically the same height and started losing around the same weight.I am so surprised with how you are able to keep you calories so controlled. I can not do the calorie counting because I end up obsessing then overeating. Strange, ha?LOL I was doing great with my water then I fell off so I am going to get back to drinking my 2 bottle of water a day which is 3 liters combined. You have officially motivated me to exercise today. I like the 30 day shred video but it bores me-LOL But I sweat so much when I do it.

Yeah it's not easy and took a couple of tries and failures to sort of control calorie intake. I found it's easier when you eat a lot of small meals and things during the day. It's like snacking all the time. And I had to cut out all the crap out of my diet. It's getting easier when I pass my McDonalds, Burger King etc

Also, it's easier during the week. On weekend it's harder and I choose one day (usually a Sunday) where I don't count calories and control what I eat. It helps a lot :) But I do obsess too! I have a little calorie book and I check the calories in most things I buy now but it's not so bad. We need to start a 30 day shred challenge! I need to get back into it lol. Sweating is good. It makes you feel like you've accomplished something, right?

I binged on the fruit and nuts again at night. I need to seriously hide this box! Still not bad for a days consumption.

I weighed myself last night and this morn (to double check) and I was 81.5. Hopefully it stays or gets lower this week. I this this weekend I'm going to do a rough count of calories (but I won't publish it) just to make sure I don't binge too much and I'll have my "cheat meal" during lunch.

I had green coffee again this morning so once again I'm in a little buzz. Wheeeeeeeee!

I'm moving the elliptical into the TV room where it's warmer and the ground is more stable. Hopefully my brother will help me do it tonight.

So yesterday I became a crazy woman. We moved the elliptical into the tv room. I set it up near the heater and after some procrastinating I finally jumped on. So I started with initially wanting to do about 20-30 mins and I thought I might as well keep going to the end of a tv show... which was 45 minutes and then I just hit over 300 calories so I continued until I hit 400 so it was an hour! I haven't spent so long on a single machine ever! I was really motivated and crazy the last 20 minutes or so. I think I was a bit afraid I wouldn't stop lol.

Also, I played with my wrist weights. Actually they can be used as both wrist of ankle weights. Just did some basic movements for about 15 minutes. It felt good. Took me a little while to get comfortable with them but a couple more goes and I think it will be okay.

I struggled trying to drink the water today because I didn't drink enough during the day so I had more to drink at night and felt soooooo bloated and like I was going to throw up cause I was so full. Was fine in the morning though but I had to run to the toilet to pee hehehe...

So I weighed myself this morning (naked) and I was 81. I have around 35% body fat at the moment. I want to get closer to 20

I'm cooking dinner tonight for Alex and I and I'm doing a couple of courses but I think I'll just control my portions to stay around my calorie count. Going to be a challenge tomorrow because we are babysitting my sisters kids and she is ordering pizza for dinner. I think I'll take a salad with my to fill up on and then I'll limit how much I eat. I'm not afraid to have some... I AM afraid of blowing out my calorie count. But Alex will be on hand to remind me :)

PS. I'm DYING to get under 80kg... the last time I was there was almost 2 yrs ago. The last time I was 75kgs... I don't even remember... it was maybe 7/8 years ago. Unghhh... I hate that.

Once again I neglected to post on the weekend and Once again I'm not bothered to write it today hehehe...

But in summary I was pretty good on Friday but I ate a bit more than I should have (cause it was so yummy!)

Saturday was my cheat day and boy did I cheat! Definitely know that I must stay away from my sister's house! I went over with my boyfriend to babysit... she has a walk in pantry with junk food everywhere! And for dinner there was seafood soup, spaghetti, hot dogs and chicken >.> BESIDES the carrot cake and banana cake and the chocolate and strawberry milk and ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh :willy_nilly:

Need to restrict going to her house. Well.. not really, I just can't be there for a huge amount of time. Luckily I hadn't had much to eat during the day so it could have been a lot worse. Sunday was pretty good but had some avocado dip and cheese and a bit of chocolate. Seems I need to re-affirm my will power. I did do some exercise with the dog and kids though so I felt a bit better.

Nat said she is going Zumba with me tonight. I hope so because I hate feeling like a lazy slob which I do right now. Also we are doing squats this week for the mini-challenge so that will force me to do extra stuff.

My jeans are getting looser and I know I'm getting smaller but I'm keeping the same shape and still jiggly so I think I'm going to focus more on resistance training and trying to get "toned" so I can start to change my body shape (or at least stop the jiggling).

I have just 5 weeks till Defqon so I need to start ramping it up. So more exercise and stricter control on food. I need to make sure I'm getting enough protein.

I'll see where I am at with 2-3 weeks to go and then I'll decide whether to do the RFLH by Lyle McDonald for the remaining weeks. I'm not sure if I need it at the moment. So we will see what happens.

Now to get back to work.

Re. water... without the challenge from last week I keep forgetting to drink it. I'm going to put my own challenge then: to drink 3 bottles a day (2250 mls) which should be fine.

Going to a meat buffet this Saturday for my cheat meal *evil smile* Meat meat and more meat! :willy_nilly: Hm... I might join the boys at the gym that day and do some weight training with them. Then again... I'm a bit self-conscious that I'll look stupid and shiz >.>

Sigh. I'll decide later. Might just walk the dog all the way there. Then rest or play around till they are done and walk back. I'm worried it's a little to far for the dog though. I'll try mapping the route and I'll see.
 
So I've been a bad kitty cat once again.

I'm going to try doing this properly for a week. No cheats no nothing.

Will blog everyday my food intake. I seem to do better when I do.

Have to wait till I get home to do so though >.< cause I don't know the calories from the protein shake off the top of my head.

I'm getting antsy and worried cause defqon is now less than 3 weeks away and my body is NOT where I want it to be. I'm going to convince myself that anything is achievable in 3 weeks! Maybe not 10 kgs.. but 3-5kg... I WILL DO IT.

Just watch me! I'm going to take my measurements tonight and see how far I've come. I'm going to avoid going out for the next 3 weeks cause I have essays and the like due as well. Then I can relax for defqon weekend and then back to study and essaying until I leave to overseas for 2-3 weeks in october. I'm pretty sure I'm going. Means that I have to cancel my reunion. But seeing my family is more important.

My 30-day shred is inaccessible at the mo'. My laptop needs a new charger that I'm waiting for in the mail and it's only on my laptop and usb (which is fucked), not my computer :(

I'm changing my diet from tomorrow. Might be a tad boring but it'll be structured at least.
Breakfast: cereal and light milk + soft boiled egg
Snack: fruit or cut up vegies
Lunch: tuna salad. (or grilled fish and salad)
Snack: fruit or cut up vegies
Dinner: Protein shake post workout and/or salad.

These are going to be massive salads. I could do a roast vegie salad when I get bored too. but I'm aiming for 18 days of this. So it's not to long. And I'm having fish oil too for my omega-3 etc.

So, a measurement update...

Hm... I WAS wearing two layers of tight tights so thhe measures could have actually been bigger for my hips and thighs than what was recorded.

Previous Measurements: at 86kgs
Waist: 84cm
Bust: 100cm
Under-bust: 90cm
Hips: 110cm (they used to be in proportion to my bust )
Left thigh: 68cm
Right thigh: 66cm
Left and right arms: 31cm

New Measurements: at 80kgs
Waist: 81cm (-3cm)
Belly button: 91cm (probably would be different if I measured it in the morning)
Bust: 97cm (-3cm)
Hips: 103.5cm (-6.5cm)
Left thigh: 66cm (-2cm)
Right thigh: 64cm (-2cm)
Left and right arms: 31cm (no change)

Not bad progress. I'll see how much further I get in the next 5kgs that I lose.:D

I got good marks in my test yesterday so I'm happy ^^ Now I am stuck at the table doing research for my essay that I have to get done this week. Woo.... lol.

I kept eating the salad even when I wasn't hungry anymore. It was nice... so much salmon! Mmm... creamy dressing was a bit worrying though... didn't know that the dressing was like that. But not too bad considering.

My first major boo boo in not posting yesterday. It was father's day so lunch (which went over 5 hours) was my cheat meal and omg I had so much dessert I DON'T ant to know how much. My sister was going thinks I'm becomming obsessive because I know the amount of calories in a pound of fat and cause I looked at my calorie book when we were out for dinner the night before. *blushes* I only wanted to know how many calories were in smoked salmon. She is only worried because my cousin had bulemia so she doesn't want me to become like that. I am NOWHERE near that. My brother was on my side though. It's just, I have to be vigilent ALL THE TIME when I'm doing this or I'll slip up. I kept eating when I was full which is bad. My mouth and tastebuds were saying yes but my tummy was saying noooooooooo. Gah. Should have listened to it. Stopped eating at 7 but I was so full that I didn't have breakfast this morning cause I'm still not hungry.

Did some exercise on the weekend, but not enough to offset sunday methinks. At least my weight didn't fluctuate too bad.

So my weight is back to 78.6 after yesterdays small fluctuation. I'm still feeling bloated though. That might be because I got my periods AGAIN!!!! Grrrrrr... stupid cycle is fucked up at the moment. But should be getting better in a month or two. Sigh. I really don't enjoy getting them every fucking two weeks. Gahhhh. Well, thats the end of my small rant lol :)

I hope the weather is nice and warm and not windy but the 18th. It's just turned spring but there are still some chills from winter that won't budge :( *crosses fingers* Hope it gets better so I don't have to take a jacket to the festival ^.^ Oh, and my ring is fitting comfortabley on my middle finger now. Another 10kgs and hopefully it'll be nice and comfortable on my pointy finger or it'll slip off altogether! :D

I'm still waiting for the bumps on my hips to become flat, that are getting a lot better but still visibly there. At least you can't really notice when I am wearing clothes. Wheeeeeeeee. I'm in a happy mood recently. I am being productive at work and getting things done and my piles are slowly decreasing and organising themselves. One step at a time right? I know what I have to get done at uni so I just have to sort out a timetable for that too :)

Everything is working out. Everything WILL work out. I just have to stay positive :D
