Did not have enough water today. Can't find where my bottle is, oh well. Luckily I have a spare in my car. Also I had too many arab sweets. It's like pure sugar... gah!

Also, cause I was busy doing my exam and cleaning the house after work I snacked on the carrots and ham around 9.30-10pm. So won't be hungry for breakfast.

So I was looking at the C25K thing yesterday. I want to be able to do that. I think I'm going to start after Defqon in addition to Zumba on mondays. My friends are back from overseas so Zumba is back on! I find when they go, me and my other friend don't have the motivation to keep going. Maybe because we are in uni still and my friends have graduated so usually they are more free after work. I'm going to get my bf's mate to create me a track which changes in the ratio that the C25K plan does cause I hate having to look at my watch when I am walking/ jogging.

Other than that, everything has been pretty okay this week. I have defqon in a week and I'm 2kgs away from my mini goal. I know it's stupid, but I just want the scale to say 75 when I step on it next week.

Since I'm not going to the reunion anymore, my next mini goals are:
1. Leaving to overseas: 26th Oct (to be 70kgs)
2. Stereosonic: 27th Nov (be 66-68 but more muscle and less flubbyness)
3. Armin Only NYE: 31 Dec. (to be 66 and not have my body jiggle!)

Hmm... Funny how they are a month apart. Now that I'm almost halfway to my goal I feel it's achievable.

knyt, you can get a pod cast which plays music and a voice tells you when to start and stop running etc...I think the guy's name is Robert Ulray or somethign similar - if you google C25k pod cast, it will come up - he does a normal mp3 version as well. That's how I started out running.

Your calories are looking pretty low some of these days - I don't know that much about the science of it but some people say on here that if you go too low it can impede weight loss...have a read around.

And yeah I know they are a low lately, I'm doing re-feeds on the weekends though to compensate. I'm only going to be like this for another week before I get back to 1200 cal a day.

So, Sunday I had a refeed with thai noodles and curry and vegies with meat and chicken. I got full but not uncomfortably full. I also made a chocolate and nut strudel which was awesome! But I had two pieces... it was so rich and heavy I think one was enough lol. I gave the rest out to friends and my sister.

The girls are back so we are doing Zumba again! Also I went shopping on the weekend. First time in ages and I sorta enjoyed it :) I'm down to a medium at some shops and I'm inbetween a 12 & 14 for pants. I can fit in a 12 but it's a a but taut and not pretty and I don't have as much freedom of movement. Probably when I get around 73/75 and have some muscle and things are more flat it'll look better. I also tried on some shoes. 10s fit a lot better now but I still have a bone the sticks out on the side so it's hard to find flattering heels. When I save up enough money one day I might get surgery to shave it down. If it's even possible lol. I dunno, I've just always been self conscious about my feet.

So it's less than a week till defqon, I've decided to wear a backless top with a bikini top on but I don't think I'll take my shirt off cause my tummy isn't flat. Now that I've lost some weight you can see the bumps more. But it'll help if I do more exercise and core strength training. I think it'll be decent by Stereosonic (end Nov) but I think Defqon is too soon. Still feel full from last nights dinner so I didn't have breakfast. Just some tea and a banana.

Unghhh went to Zumba for the first time in a month but it was like starting all over again. Even though I'd done exercise during that time I must've not been pushing hard enough. It didn't kill me though, but I got a stitch and sweat a decent amount. Oh well, at least it's fun. They increased the price to 8$ a class now... when it was $6. Not that it'll stop me from going... but damn that's a decent fucking hike.

Also, my tummy woke me up this morning and I've had a couple of bad trips to the bathroom. :( Probably because I'm getting stressed this week from uni. Seems whenever I get uni or essay stress I get toilet issues. Ungh.

My weight hasn't budged for a few days. No wait... it went up a bit on the weekend and back down but I'm still not any lower.
I finished my draft jap essay but it's crappy, but it's okay cause it's not marked, she just puts comments on it. I'm living more on coffee for the last day and next couple days cause I'm up till 1 or 2 doing research. I have to get my 1200 word essay done tonight, which looks achievable, and then my translation done on thursday night. It'll be okay, I know :)

Essay got done! So happy! I just have my translation to finish tonight, then presto, I'm free for the weekend! Probably not good that I'm running of little sleep though hehehe :willy_nilly:

Gonna go shopping tonight, had a decent lunch too cause I won't be able to eat much in the way of dinner cause I'll be running around all night.

Okay, so I reached my first goal of Defqon. It was AMAZING, and though I was 1.6 kgs off my goal I was happy! I wore skinny cargo-ish pants and a monokini. I think I looked good. You could still see some lines/ rolls in some photos depending on how I was standing but it was okay. I had a stencil on my back and cause I got sunburnt on my back I now have a defqon symbol shaped burn lol.

I ate a lot the night before and on Sunday too, to make up for not eating on Saturday. So I've maintained my weight, which I prefer rather then dropping a a couple of kilos from not eating enough.

Anyway, I'm resuming goodness today. But I won't be as strict as I was before.

So I've had a week or so break in which I thought I'd try eating how I used to and omg it tortured my body. I never could go back to the way I used to eat. 1. I'd go to the toilet 4 or 5 times and 2. I always would feel sick and bloated. In fact I'm still a bit bloated but it should be okay by the end of the week. Weight wise it didn't impact much as I'm still hovering around 77. I'll see what I am on the 1st Oct and continue from then.

Daylight savings starts again this Sunday, which is great! I'll have no more excuses to not take the dog for a walk. The weather is getting warmer too, my spirits are picking up and I'm getting happier!

I saw my draft uni timetable this week. I have a festival on 2 days before my final exam. IF I'm sufficiently prepared then I'll go. I might head there a bit late as it is anyway.

I'm gonna put my head down till the semester is over. Which means I'm not going to see my bf too often, only on the weekends cause I have something on every fucking weekend. Gah. So I need to work my arse off during the week. So much for uni holidays right? Oh well, at least I enjoyed my week off. I have to battle my cravings for chocolate again though cause I went on a bit of a sugar binge. Woops! Can't wait to get to maintenance. I'm relatively good at that... it's just the losing part that's a struggle lol.

I'm now aiming on eating around 1200 cal (no more than 1500) and doing some form of exercise every day, whether it be the shred, walking the dog, or whatevs. I'm going to do the c25k plan so I'll alternate the days. I think I'll be able to take the dog with me for the first week or so of that. Maybe. I'm how sure how long Lex can run =(

Zumba was great yesterday but never eating dinner beforehand... got stitches and queasy. Next time I'll just have a snack beforehand or early dinner before work finishes and then a shake after.

Thanks! Lol... I wish my actual self control was as good... if there is anything unhealthy in my kitchen I'll find it. Currently peanut butter and honey is the bane of my existence.

So I was a bad girl yesterday... but in the wrong way lol.

I did start sorting through my room and found my korean cutlery! Makes me which I had a stock pile of jap and korean food so I could actually use them properly lol.
