Dear Fitness Diary ,

Bananas are great after some exercise ...some carbs, some potassium .. If you crave one, you could probably go ahead and have one! :)
 
lol ... I just saw my post and remember my banana .. I didn't have one before bed .. *stomach growling*

I'm gonna have some wholemeal bread mixed with curry potato for lunch ..
 
I haven't been running for a few days de .. I'm starting to feel like a whale .. I did some weight lifting and leg pulling ..

Mom is away for the weekend so I have to prepare food for the family.

Anyways, I should get to bed. Tomorrow I'm gonna slip on my new sports bra and sweat a little. Bust size must go down!
 
Since I can't afford weights at the moment, my mom had come up with an alternative weight.

She filled up two bottles with water ... it seems light but after several minutes moving the arms around holding them .. it kinda hurts.. hehe
 
Bottles filled with water are a good alternative. Keep in mind that 1 gallon of water weighs a little over 8 lbs, so that will help you to know what you're working with.
 
Tonight I had been bad .. it's my cousin's birthday and I had a slice of pandan cake .. I took a bite on the icing when I realize it was all sugar so I started wiping them off. I also had half glass of gassy sweet grape juice and two or three pieces of potato chips.

I really need to run it off by tomorrow. Or sweat it out tomorrow.

This week I didn't lose any pound and I didn't gain any. Disappointed but at least I didn't gain! :D
 
I'm off to class , dressed in white top .. I usually hide behind my black tops .. but today I'm just gonna put on a brave front and change color for once .. wish me luck ..
 
I had a ham and cheese sandwich for dinner tonight, one of the cheaper and healthier alternative from the fried chicken and huge portion of pasta.

Then I got hungry so I bought a cup of berry yogurt and a small plastic of honeydew. Now I'm full to top it up with water.
 
Today I had a little craving for ice cream, so I grabbed a cup of fat free mango yogurt instead. Yummy.

Last night dinner was instant noodles so I need to cut back on dinner tonight. Had 3 slices of wholemeal bread spread with blackcurrant jam (with no added sugar). Hopefully I'll get some fruit later. Had honeydew for two nights in a row. What to get tonight? Hmm

I did a 30 mins aerobic today, following a video and a 12 mins on spot running. Smells like a pig, now I'm clean.
 
I lost 1 kg today!! Yay! 6 more to go!!

I went for an hour and 30 mins cardio today. Did walking, jogging, running and some limbs stretching here and there. I realize my upper body ( arms ) are weak.

Off to shower and perhaps a cup of yogurt in a while time.
 
My boobs shrank from a 38 DD to a 36 B in 25ish pounds. It was wonderful, I am hoping to be a more comfortable B by the end of it (right now I am a B that sort of overfills but not enough to be a C). I always had a large bosom.

What I noticed is that you feel guilty very quickly and really you shouldn't, you don't want to spend the rest of your life feeling guilty about something or other you ate. Just set goals and play your calorie chips well. So if you go to a birthday say 1 glass of coke and 1 piece of cake is ok, for dinner I will just have a salad, for instance and then feel happy about your choices. No point feeling bad, we all do this to feel better (physically and emotionally).

thanks for the advice .. i guess you're right .. i been a tad obsess with what i put in my mouth but i always have this tiny fear that i might see the scale go up again ..

i'm trying to save those unhealthy food for social occasions .. (which is not so much) ..

then there's times where i don't look at those cakes or sweets as food anymore but potentially weight contributor. i don't get to work out as much as i please so i guess the only thing i have to grip on is food..

i'm a DD size too .. hoping to go down to B .. but my goal is to lose another 6 kg .. at least i'm in the middle range of healthy instead of borderlining between healthy and overweight ..

it's not good .. it makes you feel really insecure sometimes .. as if you're just some kinda object and goodness knows what's going through their mind ..

also, health reasons. easier to shop for clothes too.

what is so good about big boobs to you guys anyway? other than to leer and stare at ...
