GOOOOD DAY!

Umm finally! It's about time I stop eating like craaap and working out. I wasn't hungry at all today really, but I knew had to eat more to stay at 1200 calories. I'm just barely at 1200 calories so that's good, but waaay to many carbs. Oh well, can't win em all. At least my calories are in check :) Also only had a short amount of time to workout today so I did that 15 min HIIT workout. I know I said I was gonna cut that out, but I thought about it and I really don't think that a couple intense 15 min workouts could have done any damage. I think I was just feeling the few weeks I didn't workout when I finally started again :/ PLAN: do the 15 mim HIIT every other day (plus 30-45 min cardio) every other day until I can work up to a longer workout :)

I'm HOPING tomorrow wil be another "not-in-the-mood-for-eating" day. For the next 6 days I'm keeping a 1200 calorie target, then I'll move it up to maybe 1400 calories. I just neeeeed to stay focused, something it seems I can not do. Hmph. I'm thinking about trying to mediate more, maybe that will help with focus? We'll see!
